A 9ct gold ring featuring a central pear-shaped opal, exhibiting play-of-color, encircled by a halo of numerous small, round, colorless stones, likely diamonds. The ring’s head is supported by an openwork undergallery with decorative elements. The interior of the band bears a ‘9CT’ mark along with other indistinct hallmarks.
