A 9ct gold vintage diamond and sapphire set cluster ring, Size Q, weighing 3g. The ring features a prominent cluster design, with a central dark blue round sapphire surrounded by eight clear, brilliant-cut diamonds, set in white metal claws atop a yellow metal band. The setting forms a floral or daisy-like motif. It is presented in a dark green velvet-lined box with a lighter green silk lid interior.
