Another Great Auction 6th November
An antique Chinese white porcelain snuff bottle, featuring a raised relief decoration of a coiling dragon. The flattened ovoid body is crafted from white glazed porcelain, with the dragon rendered in a striking teal or dark blue glaze, exhibiting detailed features such as scales and claws. It is fitted with a light pink, rounded stopper, possibly of coral or a similar stone, set into its narrow neck. The base is unglazed and oval-shaped, revealing a light brown ceramic material.
