A vintage brass model depicting a Welsh mining scene. The diorama features a miniature, patinated brass or bronze-colored metal mining headframe with a spoked wheel, positioned alongside a mining cart filled with realistic dark, lumpy material resembling coal mixed with dirt. A small, similarly patinated metal figure of a miner, wearing a helmet, is depicted pushing the cart. All components are mounted on a rectangular dark wood base.
Overall dimensions: 13 x 10 inches.
