A contemporary, sealed glass bottle of “THE LOVERS RUM,” containing approximately 70cl of amber-colored spirit at 43% alcohol by volume. The bottle features an elaborate, multi-color paper label in a modern illustrative style, depicting a woman with a rose in her hair and a snake, amidst tropical foliage, a tiger, and celestial elements, framed by text referring to “UNIQUE BLENDED RUM” and “SPLIT-STILLS-SPIRITS,” with “VI” visible, and a border containing various words such as “FALLING IN LOVE,” “COMMITMENT,” and “CHALLENGE,” suggesting a tarot-card theme. The neck is sealed with a red foil or wax cap displaying “THE LOVERS RUM” and a rose motif, covering a visible cork stopper. Rear labels indicate the rum is sourced from Barbados, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Panama, blended from Latin American and Caribbean rums, bottled in The Netherlands for a Singaporean company, and includes a barcode, a “FOR UK HMRC” sticker, and descriptive text.
