Another Great Auction 6th November
A Kundo “Electronic” anniversary/dome clock, likely mid-to-late 20th century, featuring a clear glass dome encasing a brass-tone movement with a rotating pendulum and decorative columns adorned with red floral rose motifs, matching the printed design on its white dial with black Arabic numerals. It rests on a white and gold-tone base. Accompanying the clock is a pair of shield-shaped award plaques, crafted from polished light-colored wood. Each plaque displays a central dark blue and gold heraldic-style crest with three stacked crowns above the letters “YPI” and a lower banner reading “YPI THURSDAY CRICKET CLUB”. One plaque includes a brass-tone plate inscribed with “THE J.M. LEWSLEY TROPHY PRESENTED TO J. WHEATER FOR THE OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE SEASON 1964”.
