Another Great Auction 6th November
A collection of 16 Bohemian cranberry and polychrome enamel gilt glass vessels, comprising a variety of forms including vases, goblets, a bell, and tumblers/shot glasses. The predominant color is deep red (ruby/cranberry) glass, complemented by gold-colored, black, and a few beige-toned pieces. Decoration is elaborate, featuring extensive gilding in scrolling patterns and borders, frequently accented with polychrome enamel floral motifs, some appearing textured. Several pieces exhibit cut glass decoration, such as fluting and starbursts, particularly on the ruby-colored items. The overall aesthetic is consistent with 19th to early 20th-century Bohemian decorative styles.
