A vintage painted metal railway signal lantern, square-bodied, predominantly faded red, with a pyramidal top featuring ventilation holes and a wire carrying handle. It is equipped with two large circular Fresnel-style lenses, one clear and one red, positioned on opposing sides, and smaller circular amber lenses on the adjacent sides. A metal latch mechanism is visible on one side.
