A freestanding, traditional-style metal coat and hat stand, likely crafted from wrought or cast iron with a dark, possibly black, matte finish. It features a central column supporting two tiers of ornate, scrolled arms, each ending in a ball-tipped hook, along with a decorative finial at the top. The stable four-legged base also incorporates scrollwork. No visible manufacturer’s marks or text are discernible.
