A three-tiered decorative stand, constructed from metal and finished in an off-white or cream-colored paint. Each circular tier features a slatted, radiating spoke design and is encircled by a raised, twisted rope-like embellishment. The stand is topped with a simple, rounded handle. No visible text or manufacturer’s markings are apparent.
