Another Great Auction 6th November
A collection of men’s apparel, comprising a navy blue single-breasted blazer worn over a white, small-patterned button-down shirt, a dark navy or black long-sleeved pullover shirt with a distinctive V-neck and flat collar, and a pair of black tailored trousers paired with a black patterned belt, possibly embossed leather. The blazer’s lapel features three metal pins: one depicting a crowned ship’s wheel with partially legible text “ROYAL NAVY” and another a winged roundel. An embroidered fabric patch on the left breast pocket clearly displays a ship’s wheel, anchor, two fish, and the text “RETIRED FISHERMEN’S GROUP”. All garments are textile-based, with a style suggesting a mid-to-late 20th century or contemporary period.
