Another Great Auction 6th November
A group of three decorative glazed ceramic vessels, comprising a tall ovoid vase, a flared cachepot or planter, and a footed, lobed rectangular bowl. Each piece is decorated in a consistent blue and white palette with delicate floral motifs and a central heraldic crest. The crest features a gold-colored crown and elaborate scrollwork surrounding a blue shield, which displays a flaming heart and two fleur-de-lis, along with the inscription “CHATEAU DE VERSAILLES”. The items appear to be made of porcelain or fine earthenware, with some gold detailing on the crests and rims.
The tallest vase measures 12 inches (30.5 cm) in height.
