An antique Japanese bronze relief plaque, featuring a high-relief depiction of a woman in traditional East Asian attire and an elaborate hairstyle, playing a stringed instrument resembling a biwa. Prominent floral and foliage motifs adorn the background, consistent with a Japanese aesthetic. The reverse is plain with a raised circular rim and shows faint surface abrasions but no discernible text or maker’s marks.
