Another Great Auction 20th November
This lot comprises a diverse collection of used tools and related equipment. It features a large, grey, industrial-style metal shade or bell, bearing a “417” sticker. Accompanying this are three toolboxes: a blue metal box filled with assorted hand tools, including a green canvas roll of drill bits, a red vinyl roll of files, and a wooden hand brace with a partially visible inscription “J.S. HAWKIN…”; a two-compartment blue plastic toolbox overflowing with various wrenches, pliers, and screwdrivers, alongside small boxes, one marked “TORRINGTON 100” and another “NECC…”; and a simple wooden crate containing power tools, specifically a vintage-style olive-green sander and a teal and black Black & Decker HG 991 heat gun, with several circular saw blades. The collection, largely utilitarian in style, appears to be from the mid-to-late 20th century.
