Contained within are a collection of four items: a rectangular light-wood framed monochromatic engraving or lithograph depicting a large sailing warship at sea, with visible text identifying it as “Painted by C. Stanfield R.A.” and “Engraved by T. Jeavons,” suggesting an early to mid-19th century naval scene, likely titled “THE BATTLE OF…”; a rectangular dark-wood framed oval-matted photograph of a woman, likely a late 19th to early 20th-century studio portrait; a small, darkly framed modern color photograph showing a figure in a mountain landscape; and an empty, ornate, gilded or gold-painted oval picture frame with a deep profile.
