Buyer's premium:

A group of four decorative brass items, likely dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. Comprising a circular wall mirror set within an ornate, heavily embossed brass frame featuring scrolling foliage, acanthus leaves, and accented with four faux cabochon jewels (two blue, two red). A yellow sticker with the numeral “100” is visible on the mirror’s frame. Also included is a circular, deeply embossed brass wall plate depicting a hunting scene with a horse, rider, and dogs pursuing an animal within a landscape, surrounded by an elaborate border incorporating scrolling motifs and animal heads. This plate’s design is consistent with examples found online described as “TAVERN SCENE” or “Peerage made in England”. The group also features two circular, scalloped-edge brass trays; the smaller, bottom left tray features a lightly etched central floral or foliate design, while the larger, bottom right tray displays a more intricate etched pattern, possibly of a dragon or mythical creature amidst foliage.
The largest items, including the wall mirror and the hunting scene wall plate, measure approximately 14” (35.5 cm) in diameter.
