Another Great Auction 20th November
A Hornby R1157 ‘West Coast Highlander’ OO Gauge train set, presented in its original branded cardboard box with a custom-fitted polystyrene insert. The set includes a vintage British-style steam locomotive, several freight wagons including a yellow tank wagon marked ‘DJS PETROLEUM’ and a red boxcar marked ‘JOSEPH BOAM LEICESTER’, assorted track sections, a power controller, and various small accessories in a sealed plastic bag. The box art depicts a train with wagons marked ‘LOCHGELLY’ and ‘1896’, reinforcing the late 19th-century British railway theme. The components are constructed primarily from plastic and metal.
