Another Great Auction 20th November
A group of porcelain and fine ceramic items, predominantly tableware and decorative pieces. The collection includes a large vase/holder, a pedestal bowl, a plate, and an additional bowl, all exhibiting a consistent classical or romantic revival style. These pieces feature intricate floral hand-painted or transfer-printed decoration with roses and mixed bouquets, extensive gilding, and delicate reticulated (pierced) borders, consistent with Schumann Bavaria Dresden Flowers patterns. Also included is a lidded butter dish with an all-over floral design, a small footed dish with a brown and gold floral motif, and a cream-colored commemorative mug. The mug is marked “Integrity Lodge No. 380,” with “150th Anniversary 1833-1983” and a crest, and is additionally inscribed inside the rim with the phrase: “Forget to meet; sorry to part; hope to meet again.”
