A substantial collection of assorted paper documents and ephemera, primarily dating from the early to mid-20th century, with visible dates including 1910, 1928, and 1938. The collection comprises various letters, envelopes, typed legal correspondence from ‘Messrs. Holland, Iggby & Williams, Solicitors, Chesterfield,’ relating to a ‘Transfer of Mortgage’ for ‘T.H.
