A Pelham Puppet SL Poodle Marionette, identified as ‘Fifi’ from the Animal Range. This vintage string marionette features a white faux fur body over segmented parts, a small red felt collar, and a blue ribbon bow. It is manipulated by dark strings attached to an unfinished wooden crossbar, clearly stamped ‘PELHAM PUPPETS’. The puppet is accompanied by its original yellow cardboard box, printed with ‘Pelham’, ‘MARLBOROUGH WILTS’, and ‘HAND MADE PUPPETS FOR CHILDREN WITH FULLY ILLUSTRATED INSTRUCTIONS’, alongside various cartoon puppet illustrations.
