Another Great Auction 20th November
A collection of Encyclopaedia Britannica and related volumes, dating to the mid-20th century. The collection comprises a 24-volume set of the Encyclopaedia Britannica, consistent with 1958 or 1961 editions, bound in red with gilt lettering and decoration, featuring a recurring circular emblem on the spines. Also included are eight volumes of the Britannica Book of the Year, dated 1960 through 1967, bound in dark brown/burgundy with matching gilt decoration. Completing the collection is a two-volume Britannica World Language Dictionary, also red-bound with gilt accents. All volumes feature uniformly designed spines with gilt lettering and decoration.
