Another Great Auction 11th December
A 19th Century Flemish School oil painting on copper panel, depicting a European genre scene. The artwork portrays two male figures, one with a crutch, accompanying a wild boar carrying a small red animal, set before a house and fence. The painting is housed within a carved and gilded wooden frame. The reverse reveals a wooden frame with a dark backing board, a metal eyehook, and handwritten markings “CIS/R” in black marker and a yellow sticker numbered “1325”.
