Another Great Auction 11th December
This group comprises four vintage decorative pins, commonly known as kilt or hat pins, featuring a combination of natural and manufactured components.
One pin is crafted with white fur, two small claws or teeth, a silver-toned metal mount shaped as antlers, and a red faceted gemstone.
Two additional pins are adorned with clusters of multi-colored feathers and coarse fibers, set into textured silver-toned metal cones; one of these is further embellished with an amber faceted gemstone.
The fourth pin is distinctively made from an animal paw or foot with brown fur, accented by a silver-toned ring, a dark red faceted gemstone, and a matching metal cap.
All pieces incorporate silver-toned metal findings and standard pin mechanisms, consistent with traditional hunting or sporting accessories.
