A Vintage Chinese Red Lacquer Jewelry Box. The domed-lid wooden box features a deep burgundy-red painted exterior adorned with extensive gold-painted decorative imagery depicting stylized figures reminiscent of traditional Southeast Asian or temple art. The interior is painted black. It is fitted with brass-toned metal hardware, including a front clasp and rear hinges.
Measuring approximately 10 x 7 inches.
