The lot includes ‘Tolkien’s World: Paintings of Middle-Earth,’ a glossy illustrated hardcover featuring a cover illustration of figures in a snowy mountainous landscape. Also included are ‘JRR TOLKIEN TALES FROM THE PERILOUS REALM,’ with an illustrated cover depicting a man and a satyr in a fantastical waterside setting, and ‘JRR TOLKIEN THE TREASON OF ISENGARD THE HISTORY OF MIDDLE-EARTH Volume 7 CHRISTOPHER TOLKIEN,’ showing a fortified structure on a mountain.
