Another Great Auction 11th December
A brightly colored plush novelty item, identified as Timmy Mallett’s Pinky Punky Wacaday Mallett’s Mallet, dating from the early 2000s. Constructed primarily from pink and yellow fabric, it features a large pink block-shaped head with yellow spiky hair, cartoon-style appliquéd eyes wearing glasses, a black pom-pom nose, and a red smiling mouth. The head is mounted on a yellow fabric-covered handle, resembling a mallet, which also has ‘Pinky Punky’ printed on it. A prominent circular hang tag, white with blue and red graphics, identifies the item as ‘Timmy Mallett’s Pinky Punky,’ stating it was ‘CREATED BY TIMMY MALLETT 2004’ and includes a ‘Warning: Not suitable for children under 36 months,’ a ‘CE’ mark, production information, and a ‘© TIMMY MALLETT’ copyright. The pink head bears a black marker inscription, reading ‘To Emmy’ above a signature that appears to be ‘Timmy.’ The yellow handle has another partial inscription that is largely illegible.
