Another Great Auction 11th December
A vintage mechanical counter or measuring device, likely for textiles or materials, constructed from painted metal, possibly cast iron or steel, in a dark green finish. The item features a prominent roller, an integrated C-clamp for mounting, and a numerical display currently showing “970”. Identifiable markings include a golden rectangular plaque reading “Yards” and the name “ALBION” embossed vertically on the main body. A sticker displaying “1523” is also present. The utilitarian design suggests a mid-20th century origin.
