A set of four framed watercolor and ink illustrations by G. Bird, depicting historical British townscapes. Each artwork is signed ‘G. Bird’ and features a visible inscription identifying the specific scene: ‘Parish Room, Tickhill,’ ‘Mill Dam, Tickhill,’ ‘Electra Cinema, Doncaster, 1911,’ and ‘Station Rd, Doncaster, 1910.’ The Doncaster scenes include dates indicating the depicted period. Each illustration is matted and presented under glass within a dark wooden frame with a gold-tone inner fillet.
