An antique rectangular lidded box, likely a tea caddy, crafted from burl wood veneer displaying a distinct swirling grain pattern. The box features a hinged lid secured by a brass keyhole escutcheon on the front. The interior is divided into three fixed compartments. No discernible text or maker’s marks are visible on the exterior or interior surfaces.
