An antique Thai style protective Naga, snake or serpent figure. Crafted from cast iron, this sculptural ornament depicts a stylized winged sea creature or dragon with a serpentine body coiling upwards from a rectangular base. The surface exhibits heavy patination with a dull golden-brown color, interspersed with significant areas of blue-green verdigris and darker oxidation, consistent with a rough casting texture. No discernible text, maker’s marks, or other inscriptions are visible.
