An antique 9ct yellow gold ring, featuring a prominent marquise or navette-shaped head centrally set with a cluster of numerous small, round, faceted Diamonds arranged in a pave-like setting. The head is raised and bordered by a polished edge, with the shoulders of the ring adorned with openwork scroll or stylized leaf motifs before tapering into a plain, polished band. The design suggests a vintage or retro aesthetic.
