Another Great Auction 11th December
A set of four Japanese-style presentation boxes, each containing an incense set. Each rectangular lidded box is covered in deep red fabric, extensively embroidered with gold thread depicting stylized leaves and swirling tendrils. The interiors are sectioned with black compartments and red dividers. Contents consistently include a small white ceramic bowl holding multiple white petal-shaped objects, a light brown porous spherical object with a central depression, and bundles of dark brown incense sticks, some still in plastic wrapping. One of the sets also contains a sheer gold organza bag with light brown irregularly shaped contents. The items appear to be in new or excellent, unused condition.
