Another Great Auction 11th December
A collection of assorted circulating coinage, predominantly from the mid-20th century to later decades, housed largely loose within a cardboard box. The collection includes coins of various denominations, sizes, and materials, such as copper, bronze, brass, and silver-toned base metal alloys. Visible inscriptions indicate a range of national origins, with multiple coins bearing the French motto ‘LIBERTE EGALITE FRATERNITE’ and ‘REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE’. Specific examples noted include a ‘CYPRUS 1972’ coin marked ‘KIBRIS CUMHURIYETI’ and another coin reading ‘JUGOSLAVIA’. Two items are individually housed in clear protective plastic cases, with the most prominent identified as a 1952-1977 H.M. Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Crown.
