A collection comprising a “SOUVENIR TESTIMONIAL PROGRAMME” for “MANCHESTER UNITED v GLASGOW CELTIC” dated “Monday 18th September 1972”, signed “Bobby Charlton” and originally priced at “15p”. Also included is a “CUP FINAL” program for “Liverpool v Manchester United” dated “Saturday 27th May 1977” at “Wembley Stadium”, alongside various other paper football match programs and reviews, predominantly from Manchester United.
The lot also features a dark green ceramic teapot with a gold finial and trim, and a matching lidded butter dish embossed with “BUTTER” in gold-colored text. Further decorative items include a small bronze-toned figurine of a seated female on a black rectangular base, and a white ceramic commemorative plate featuring Princess Diana with the text “IN MEMORY DIANA PRINCESS OF WALES THE PEOPLE’S PRINCESS”.
