Another Great Auction 11th December
A collection of military surplus items. Comprising a German Bundeswehr Army Panzer Beret, dated 1999, manufactured by Schmidt & Hablitz, size 60, in red wool felt with a black leather rim and a silver-colored winged badge, marked ‘Qualitätsgeprüft’ and ‘schadstoffgeprüft’. Also included is a light grey wool felt beret with a black leather rim, featuring a brass-colored naval-style badge with an anchor, wreath, and crown, and a yellow ’69’ tag on its inner rim. The lot further includes a dark rubber full-face gas mask with clear plastic/glass lenses, a metal filter connection, and a yellow ‘2729’ sticker on the right lens, with a faint ‘3’ on the forehead. Accompanying the mask is an olive green painted cylindrical metal filter canister, marked ‘FEN C’, ‘4240-12-…’, and ‘9140’.
