Another Great Auction 11th December
A collection of approximately twenty-five optical instruments, primarily binoculars and opera glasses, including examples by Zeiss, presented alongside several associated carrying cases. The binoculars range in size and style from large, black rubber-armored field models, such as those marked “MONODIA 12×50 100M/1000M” and “ZENITH 12×30 100M/1000M RUBBER ARMOURED,” to smaller, compact models like “DUAL MAG 8×21” and “20×50.” The opera glasses include at least one older style with what appears to be brass and a brown patterned finish, marked “OB 10x,” alongside two compact models, one with a green finish and another with a red finish. Materials used across the collection include metal, glass, plastic, rubber, and leather. The collection is accompanied by three stacked brown leather cases, one of which is adorned with patches displaying “OLD GLORY TEAM” and “ROAD TRIP” alongside an emblem with a fish, as well as several black fabric carrying pouches.
