Another Great Auction 11th December
A vintage electric train set, primarily identified as Marx, accompanied by a mixed collection of model railway components. The lot includes numerous metal track sections, some explicitly marked “TRIX TWIN RAILWAY”, “420/1”, “MADE IN ENGLAND”, and “BRITISH PATENT N° 458744”. Also present are several electrical controllers and power packs, a red passenger train car marked “10E9”, plastic railway fencing featuring advertisements for “SHELL X100 MOTOR OIL” and “KLG KLG plugs for good service”, and a cardboard building facade designed to resemble red brickwork. The components are housed within an open, worn green suitcase and an adjacent cardboard box. A small teddy bear, dressed in a yellow sou’wester hat and blue striped jacket, is situated next to the boxes.
