Another Great Auction 11th December
This lot comprises a diverse collection of media from the mid to late 20th century, primarily consisting of paper goods and plastic-cased items. The collection features a substantial assortment of children’s hardcover books, including a series of “Thomas the Tank Engine” titles from “The Railway Series” by Rev. W. Awdry, alongside “Griffin Pirate Stories” and “Dragon Pirate Stories” by Sheila K. MacCullagh. Also present is a vintage photo album containing multiple black and white prints depicting urban and architectural scenes, complemented by several loose, larger format black and white photographs, one illustrating a church interior and another a domestic scene with figures. Additional printed matter includes various booklets such as “GOOD DOGS” and “ISN’T IT STRANGE?”. Completing the grouping are two VHS tapes: “Red Sonja” (featuring Brigitte Nielsen and Arnold Schwarzenegger) and Ridley Scott’s “LEGEND” (starring Tom Cruise). Materials observed include paper, cardboard, and plastic.
