Another Great Auction 11th December
A group of four Ward Brothers Scottish grouse foot brooches. Each brooch features a preserved grouse foot, complete with fur and visible claws, set into various metal fittings, including silver-toned and bronze-toned metals. Adornments include faceted glass or plastic gemstones in red, amber, and clear, with one bronze-toned piece incorporating a small deer or antler motif. Pin mechanisms are visible on each. Also included is a pin composed of brown and red feathers with black spots, set into a silver-toned metal fitting.
