Another Great Auction 16th December
This is a single hand-blown art glass vase attributed to Jozefina Krosno, Poland. The cased glass body features a rectilinear base that transitions into a tall, undulating form, culminating in a deeply ruffled or fluted rim. The exterior decoration consists of opaque olive green and chartreuse glass overlaid with an intricate web of white and dark green mottling, achieving a marbled or craquelure effect. The surface is further punctuated by scattered small yellow inclusions. The interior casing is opaque cream or pale ivory, separated from the exterior decoration by a thin dark banding along the rim edge. No legible manufacturer markings or signatures are visible, although a partial yellow sticker remnant is present on one side.
