A lot consisting of two items: a hand-painted porcelain or resin figurine and its associated paper certificate. The figurine is identified through market consensus as Wedgwood’s ‘The Imperial Banquet,’ commissioned by Spink. The figure depicts a standing woman dressed in a historical-style blue ballgown, accented with pink sashes and ribbons, and featuring white relief ornamentation. She holds a cream-colored fan. The accompanying paper certificate, titled “The Imperial Banquet,” confirms the manufacturer as Spink and notes that the figurine is part of a limited edition of 10,000. The specific figurine number recorded on the certificate is 101/18.
