The figurine, attributed to Spink (Founded 1666), is titled “The Royal Flower Show.” The piece depicts a female figure in late 19th or early 20th-century style dress (Victorian/Edwardian), featuring a light blue and white gown detailed with heavy pink ruffles and trim. The figure holds a pale pink parasol. The Certificate of Art confirms this piece is number 00278 from a limited edition of 10,000.
