A single ornate tabletop display easel or picture stand, constructed of brass or bronze. The design incorporates highly detailed Renaissance Revival or Baroque motifs. The finial features a winged female bust or classical figure wearing a helmet or crown, flanked by scrolling foliate and stylized zoomorphic ornamentation. The base is supported by two front legs and features a central grotesque mask. The easel utilizes a hinged wire kickstand for support and includes a small, adjustable hook bar near the bottom to cradle the displayed item. No legible text or maker’s marks are visible.
