Two pieces partial silver plated tea service, consistent with Late Victorian or Edwardian styling. The lot comprises a handled teapot or coffee pot, a cylindrical lidded jar or caddy, and a circular underplate/stand. The pot features an ovoid body with a fluted lower section and an elaborate finial on the hinged lid. The cylindrical jar features intricate chased or repoussé decoration depicting dense foliage and scrolling motifs set against a contrasting dark blue-green background, likely enamel or painted metal lining. The jar rests on a separate circular underplate with a beaded edge. The items are constructed of electroplated metal. No visible maker’s marks or hallmarks were discernible.
Estimated dimensions: Pot height approximately 10 inches. Caddy height approximately 8 inches.
