A single Mid-Century Modern earthenware vase attributed to Jasba Keramik, West Germany. The vessel is crafted from textured light tan clay, featuring a globular body and a wide, cylindrical neck. Decoration is applied using dark brown or black slip, creating a high-contrast geometric aesthetic. The neck features a prominent repeating diamond or quilted motif. The shoulder is decorated with bands of oblique lines. The body is further embellished with two visible applied stylized lobed bosses located on opposite sides. The surface exhibits intentional pitting and texture variations common to this style of West German Keramik pottery. The flat base features a faint, partially impressed circular mark reading “HAND” followed by several blurred letters, possibly indicating “HANDCLASSIC” or “HANDPAINTED.”
