Another Great Auction 16th December
A single Rotary Editions automatic wristwatch featuring a rectangular, tank-style case executed in a rose gold tone with a brushed finish. The watch is identified by the consensus attribution as a Series 400 model, marked 1895 on the caseback. The black textured dial displays gold-toned Arabic numerals and baton indices, three hands including a distinctive yellow seconds hand, and a date aperture positioned at the six o’clock position. The dial is inscribed with the text ROTARY EDITIONS, WATERPROOF, and AUTOMATIC. The reverse caseback is visibly marked with the large year 1895, along with ROTARY EDITIONS and SERIES 400. The timepiece is secured by a black leather or imitation leather strap embossed with an alligator or crocodile grain, fitted with a rose gold-toned deployment clasp engraved ROTARY EDITIONS.
