A large contemporary wooden dollhouse, likely manufactured by Battat or similar producer, styled in the Federal architectural tradition. The three-story structure is constructed from painted wood or MDF and features a hinged front facade allowing access to the interior. The exterior is finished in mauve or lilac with white trim simulating rusticated stonework around the nine windows and central entryway. The facade is further decorated with painted green vines bearing yellow and white floral clusters, resembling wisteria. The dollhouse contains six internal rooms, each featuring brightly patterned wallpapers and flooring, including stripes, polka dots, and checkered designs. An internal white plastic staircase connects the floors. The design suggests compatibility with 18-inch scale dolls.
