A pair of costume jewelry brooches fabricated from base metal with a silver-tone finish, displaying Celtic and Scottish inspired motifs. The first brooch is square, featuring a central dimensional flower with a dark center, surrounded by open Celtic knotwork detailing in the corners. This item is currently mounted on a small light-colored card. The second brooch is large and circular, designed with open-work construction. It features a woven border of interconnected links surrounding a central radiating star pattern and a stylized floral center. Both pieces exhibit general characteristics consistent with vintage costume jewelry. No visible hallmarks or maker’s marks were observed.
