A single gentleman’s wrist watch by Rotary, identified through web consensus as the “Sherlock” model (sometimes referenced as GS02424 or Traditional). The watch features a sterling silver case and is attached to a black leather-look strap exhibiting a crocodile grain pattern. The watch displays a white dial marked “ROTARY” above the winged logo. Time is indicated by applied baton markers, with Roman numerals present at the 12, 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, and 11 positions. A sub-seconds complication is located at the 6 o’clock position. The case is detailed with a textured, coin-edge bezel. The reverse of the case is clearly marked “PO: 00966” and “STERLING SILVER,” accompanied by a series of four clear British hallmarks, including the lion passant standard mark and the Birmingham assay office mark.
