A single Royal Crown Derby bone china paperweight, identified as the “Spice Guild Kitten,” a Collectors Guild exclusive item. The recumbent cat figurine is executed in white ceramic and decorated in an Imari-style palette featuring extensive hand-painted stylized floral and foliate motifs in red, orange, blue, and green, accented by significant gilding. The underside features a circular gold-toned metallic medallion stamped with the Royal Crown Derby mark and surrounding text reading “ROYAL CROWN DERBY MADE IN ENGLAND.” Surrounding red script on the porcelain identifies the piece as “Spice Guild Kitten,” a “Collectors Guild” item, “MADE IN ENGLAND,” and dated “MMXI” (2011). The item is presented in its original Royal Crown Derby Collectors Guild presentation box.
